A little more on the membership system…  We at 29 don’t want anyone to feel as if they were caught off guard and forced to purchase a membership at 29 because they were on the spot.  We want you to have a membership at 29 Dreams and enjoy all 29 Dreams has to offer only if you want to be part of 29 Dreams.  If you ever feel like you were put on the spot and you’d rather not have a membership at 29, just shoot me a call (205) 672-0309 or email (tim@29dreams.com) and I’ll cancel your membership and get a refund sent to you post haste.   Also I’d like to take a moment here and say, that not everyone that fills out the application and pays the $15.00 annual membership charge actually gets to become a member of 29 Dreams.  I have been known to send a few customers their money back explaining that they do not fulfill the membership requirements of being an actual member of 29 Dreams.   

What are the membership requirements you might be asking… well besides the obvious, riding a bike, the only other requirement is being a nice person.  And you all know what I mean when I say nice person.  But, I’ll explain it just to make sure we’re all on the same page.   If you like to get obnoxious, argue, litter, use profanity to excess, and especially if, when you consume alcohol you become another person all together, you probably do not qualify as a nice person.  And when this turns out to be the case, I’ll be returning your membership fees to you.  29 Dreams has never changed any policies.  29 Dreams is a private country club and a home away from home for the like minded motorcycle enthusiast.  If you enjoy good conversation, nice people, and being around motorcycles, 29 Dreams was built just for you.

By visiting 29 Dreams, participating in activities here, purchasing items (including food and drink) here, or using its facilities, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily, assuming all risks.  You are not relying on 29 Dreams, its owners, staff, or representatives, to protect you from any hazards, whether known or unknown, incident to your presence here, the presence of others here, activities here, or things present, purchased, or used here.  Nor do you rely on them to protect you or your property from others or from the property of others.  You acknowledge that 29 Dreams makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the premises, the activities, the facilities, the services, or items sold or present here.  If you or your property are injured or harmed in any way, or if you cause injury or harm to others or to their property, you release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless 29 Dreams, its owners, employees, and representatives, from any and all costs or claims that might arise.
