Happy New Year from all of us here at 29 Dreams!  We hope this email finds you doing well and ready for a new year of riding.  We've returned from our time off, we're relaxed, we're rested, and we're better than ever.  This year we're determined to make 29 Dreams even better too!  We're determined to make your 29 Dreams experience exceptional.  Whether it's an experience in your restaurant, an experience in your retail store, an experience in your service department, an experience staying overnight in a cabin, or just your experience during a friendly visit.  We are determined to provide you, the member, with professional service that exceeds your expectations.  That's a promise from all of us here at 29.

We've purchased new reservation software to help assist us with our overnight reservations.  The software should be completely installed and customized in two weeks.  This includes offering members the ability to make reservations at 29 Dreams directly from the Internet, anytime and any day of the week. 

Just like we promised, we've already started taking verbal reservations for overnight stays last Wednesday.  Certainly, Superbike race week in April and Vintage week in October were hot dates.  Thank you for showing us what you're looking for by flooding us with reservation request.  We plan on calling everyone back in the exact order we received the request to follow up and confirm their reservations.  Please hang in there with us.  We're running wide open working on the new website and new reservation software.

We've already added defined parking so members can visit in their automobiles; the new pictures should be up on the Internet shortly.   And, we do have a ton of information on additional changes coming to 29 that we want to share with you, including a new planned expansion in the back of the park that will include marked sites with full hookups for Recreational Vehicles.  Everything from pop-ups to Class A motorcoaches.   Full hookups so those either driving a Recreational Vehicle or towing a Recreational Vehicle can visit and/or stay at 29 right along with the rest of the overnight members.

Again we are determined to make this year at 29 Dreams our best year yet.  We're determined to make this year the year we exceed all expectations.  We hope to demonstrate that above all, we listen to our members.  Several motorcycle related businesses seem to go out of business every year.  Last year was no exception.   Here at 29 Dreams, we're in this for the long run.  We always have been.  And, we have you to thank, you our valued member.

We know this newsletter is short.  We still have a ton of work to do around here and we're running wide open.  The calendar of events is behind schedule already as is the website.  We'll get it going on though.  This short and quick newsletter is just to say Happy New Year, mention that yes; we're open for business, restaurant, service department and all.  Most importantly, thank you for keeping your membership current, and this year we will work especially hard to exceed your expectations.
